Arthur J. Brohinsky
A.J. Brohinsky is a Managing Director at Reservoir Capital. Mr. Brohinsky is a member of all Reservoir Capital Fund Investment Committees and currently serves as the CEO of C12 Energy.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Mr. Brohinsky served as a Director at KKR Capstone, a team of operating executives supporting KKR and its portfolio companies, which he joined in 2009. While at KKR Capstone he served as an Executive Committee member for Bank of America Merchant Services, a joint venture between First Data and Bank of America. Previously, he was a founding member of executive management and Executive Vice President at SmartOps Corporation, an enterprise software and services provider formed in 2000 and later acquired by SAP AG, where he led a range of functions including finance, product management and strategic business development. Before SmartOps, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, focused on operational improvement across a range of industries. Mr. Brohinsky began his career at Shell Oil Company, where he worked in project, risk, and operations management roles.
Mr. Brohinsky received a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with distinction from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with honors.
