Arun Kumar Sriraman

Joining ITI Data in 2015, Arun Kumar Sriraman serves as our Director of Human Resources and Operations for India. Partnering closely with our leadership team, he aligns HR strategy to business strategy, supporting our onsite/offshore business model and, ultimately driving business growth. Today, his responsibilities include process design, data analysis, program and policy development, talent recruitment, and employee engagement—all of which ensure we’re able to efficiently and effectively deliver on our talent needs now and into the future.

Arun’s impact on our India operation has been sizeable. Not only did he and his HR team double our India headcount in just 18 months—and without the support of hiring agencies—but his process improvements, expertly executed by his highly capable team, also shortened our hiring turnaround times and increased our offer-to-join ratio, as well. More importantly, he’s attracted the top-notch talent equipped to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Before joining ITI, Arun drove success across multiple roles in both lateral and campus recruitment programs for his previous employer, Cognizant. Additionally, his work in Cognizant’s corporate social responsibility program left a lasting, positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children. At Infosys, Arun managed both leadership and volume hiring and championed a results-driven talent charter that ensured high employee engagement levels across the business.

Arun earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Madras University in 2003. In 2007, he completed his Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in human resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
