Brij joined ITI in 2024, where he’s responsible for the seamless delivery of client solutions from our global delivery center in Pune. Managing onsite and offshore technical teams, as well as client relationships, his deep technical experience and exceptional people management skills ensure a positive experience for clients and ITI employees alike.

Additionally, Brij manages our center’s administration and operations, where his scope of work spans strategic planning, capacity planning, HR process improvement, talent recruitment, resource allocation, and information security processes and compliance.

Prior to his role with ITI, Brij served as TestFunda’s Business Head of India. There, his work was instrumental to growing the B2B partnership edutech company’s book of clients by 400+ across India and doubling revenue in just three years.

A distinguished corporate trainer with a passion for nurturing excellence, Brij is chairman of the non-profit organization “Indian Society for Training & Development” (ISTD), Pune Chapter. His talent for leadership training, motivational empowerment, competency enhancement, soft skill refinement, creative thinking and aptitude development are critical to the career development of the society’s members and our ITI team.

Brij earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology – Raipur in 1995. He furthered his education with post-graduate diplomas in finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Training and Development from ISTD New Delhi. He also holds his masters in personnel management from the University of Pune.
